They outline the rights and obligations of Users, as well as the responsibilities of GLOBAL SAR HUB. GLOBAL SAR HUB is not obligated to provide an individual report on the use of funds to each donor, except to continue pursuing its projects and objectives in line with its mission and thanks to the financial support received.

- Donations are managed transparently by GLOBAL SAR HUB in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing non-profit organizations. GLOBAL SAR HUB reserves the right not to provide specific communication on the allocation of donations, except where a legal obligation requires it. GLOBAL SAR HUB commits to using the funds appropriately and in accordance with its statutory objectives.
4. No Refunds:
- Donations made to GLOBAL SAR HUB are considered final and irrevocable. No refund will be granted, except under specific legal provisions. By making a donation, donors acknowledge and accept this non-refund condition.

GLOBAL SAR HUB expressly disclaims any liability for modifications not communicated by RCCs or any inaccuracies in the information available on the site.
